About the Internship
Edge Systems offers a hands-on, hybrid internship program for high school students interested in technology, communication, design, and business operations. Whether you're curious, creative, or just excited to learn—we have a place for you.
- Start Date: May 27 (Orientation in mid-May)
- Format: Hybrid (remote work + in-person meetings and events)
- Hours: ~10–12 hours/week
- Compensation: Unpaid (event costs & meals covered; paid project opportunities possible)
Internship Tracks
Compliance & Cybersecurity Assistant
Help ensure businesses follow important data laws like HIPAA and PCI. You'll assist in building checklists, templates, and documentation using professional frameworks like NIST. Perfect for students who enjoy rules, structure, and problem-solving.
Automation & AI Intern
Use tools like Zapier and AI platforms to make everyday business tasks faster and smarter. This track is for students who love experimenting with tech and want to see how automation is changing the modern workplace.
Media & Communications Intern
From social media content to event promotion and blog writing, you'll help shape the Edge Systems voice. Great for students who enjoy storytelling, design, or public speaking.
Web & Design Intern
Support web design, content layout, and branding projects using tools like Canva and web platforms. If you love visuals and creativity, this role is a great place to learn and grow.
